What should I do to my hair?

K so I was dying the underlayer black for two years, and I didn't trust myself to get rid of the black and bleach it to blonde, so i got it professionally done. I usually try to avoid getting it professionally done because they never really listen to you or what you want, but I really didn't feel comfortable doing it myself, so i got it done. Long story short, it came out horrible. The whole reason I wanted it blonde was to go over it with Manic Panic, and she wouldn't listen to me when I said it needed to be blonde not orange. And she left the roots, so now I have blonde hair where my natural was growing out, a combination of oranges where the black was, and virgin roots like I haven't dyed it in two months. There is no way I'm going to show up at warped tour in a week with nasty dull green hair because if I put the manic panic over what it looks like now, it's going to look like ****. I have LOTS of experience with manic panic so don't tell me otherwise. What do you think my safest bet would be to get it as blonde/white as possible with minimal damage? She only used a color stripper and 20 vol bleach on it. It barely feels damaged and it was in almost virgin condition when she bleached it.
