What to do if my fever is 104 deegres?

Im 18. I would normally call my mom and ask her but shes not answering the phone becauses shes at work. I have had the flu for a week and I just took my tempreature 3 times and its 104 deegres. I feel light headed and weak. Should I go ahead and call 911??? Should I just take some tylenol? Is this considered really high? Could this be something more serious than the flu? Im a virgin so I know I dont have any stds etc. Thanks for all your help
