WHAT IS THIS PLEASE ANSWER!! PREGNANCY Q.?

I'm gettin this little pain on my side kindof, its where the ovary is located at. Its off and on right now. I also get a yellow discharge sometimes. I told my doc but at that time I was like 9 weeks preg so he didn't want to give me antibiotics. I don't have any stds cuz he did blood, urine and a pap smear test. I'm married so I don't change up partners either. He even looked at me down there and he said it was regular bacteria. Now I'm 13 and a half weeks and worried still. At 13 weeks I got to hear the heartbeat!
