Questions about hunter/eq bigger shows?

You need to download the USEF and USHJA rulebooks. The NHHJA shows are going to adhere to those rulebooks. If you want to go to a lot of NHHJA shows (it sounds like you do) then you will want to get your USEF and USHJA membership as well.
