What are the best warm-up exercises to do with my legs before a riding lesson?

LOL i used to get aches and pains when i first starteed riding i didnt do any exercises to help it just goes the more you ride thee quicker it will go i used to have lessons 3 times a week at 1 point and i was doing work without stirrups for an hour each time and it used to kill me.
