My vagina has two open sores and cuts on the lips following a slight white discharge around it?

I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend (I'm 18) and we used a condom. The next day I was slightly sore but figured it was just the fact that my vagina had been stretched. It's 4 days later and I'm in a lot of pain. I have two open sores, two cuts on the insides of my vaginal lips, bleeding discharge (it could be spotting from the birth control I am on though, it's done that before) along with a little white discharge around the edges. I have had a fever and it pains to even urinate. I was tested for STDs a few weeks ago before this happened and everything was clear. I was, however, not as lubricated as I needed to be during intercourse. I've looked up the symptoms to EVERYTHING, and cannot figure out what is wrong with me :( Please help.
