Is it ok to have unprotected sex while on the pill?

So my boyfriend is allergic to latex and I know there are non latex condoms but he doesnt want to use one and I dont want him to either. STDs is not an issue so my question is if Im taking the pill everyday on time can I have unprotected sex and would it matter if he cums inside me or not?
