How can I find a person to trail run with me?

I'm 14 and a beginner so I can't really trail run alone yet. The thing is I only know of one girl who I could picture trail running, and who I'm comfortable with and would like to be around. Thing is, she's 18 and also I don't know her that well. How can I ask her to come trail running with me, when I barely know her?
