Cute Guy you have never met joins you in the Jacuzzi, what do you do?

I was at the Jacuzzi at the gym today and a cute guy walked in and looked at me then he dipped in the pool for only about two minutes. Then he came to the Jacuzzi and smiled at me. But I didn't know that to do or say. He seemed comfortable but I didn't know if I should try to talk to him. I am not sure what to do in these situations. I don't know how talk to a guy that I have never met before. Do you think he wanted me to talk to him? What should I have done?
