Does anyone know of any websites that focus on sex education for teenagers ?

As the father of a teen aged girl i wondered is anyone out there can recommend any web based resources that can educate teenagers on how to avoid pregnancy and STDs? Ideally one that has questionnaires that can measure the understanding of the content ?
