Abnormal pap smear during pregnancy?

I received a call from my ob's office today and I was informed that my pap smear results came out to be abnormal. I'm freaking out because they said they want to test for HPV. The nurse told me that it could either be that or abnormal discharge which I have had abnormal discharge since my pregnancy began. I'm still really scared its HPV. I've been tested before for STDS and showed negative for all of them. but i didn't get a pap smear when I was tested for STDS my fiancee has been checked before also and had negative results as well. Should I be concerned? Has anyone been through this? Any advise?
