Thongs and buttcheeks ?

Ever since I have been using thongs I have had these weird bumps on my butt cheeks there not stds or w,e cus they dont bother me at all but they have left ugly dark spots( im ver pale ) what can I use to minimize this , reduce this ? And why is the thong causing it should I stop wearin em for a while ? :(
