Rash on face that wont go away?

I've had a rash type thing on my face for a little over a month.. there is one next to my mouth but not touching. and one that is above my mouth touching the bottom of my nose. they are red and dry but they do not itch.. i wash them daily and it seems to help but they are not going away completly. I had a small one next to my eye that went away after about a months or so. if you rub your finger over it, it feels like little bumps but can tell its there. There are no scales and no itching but its there and is bothering. I dont get cold sores and dont have any STDs.. please dont tell me to go see a doctor I already know but that cost money. please give me ideas or advice
